Beauty calls us
A flower petal's delicacy
Veins full of life
And sweet
Stamens hold virility high
Satisfying
The oldest flowers
And busy bees
Who don't ignore
Quivering signs
Of ecstasy
A flower petal's delicacy
Veins full of life
And sweet
Stamens hold virility high
Satisfying
The oldest flowers
And busy bees
Who don't ignore
Quivering signs
Of ecstasy
As the poem progresses, it takes on a metaphorical character. I like it.
ReplyDeleteKay, what does this intriguing title mean? A "word" coming out of one's intimate encounter with The Flower of Beauty?
Chen-ou
Sublime with musical fragrance.
ReplyDeleteHow are my two favorite poets?
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comments. I miss our daily "meetings." The sun is shining, and I believe I will go enjoy it for a while.
I hope you both are well!
Always,
Kay
